Dallas did a great job explaining the product.
Dallas was extremely helpful. She took her time explaining each step and how each insert was supposed to work for my boyfriend. She assured us she would be there throughout the process and we could call her anytime we needed further assistance. We're hopeful these inserts will help alleviate some of the foot pain and help him gain more leg strength.
Dallas helped me get orthotics that, in conjunction with other therapy practices, have noticeably improved the physical pain I experience. And she followed through with helping me later on when I needed to check on my progress and make adjustments. I've never experienced a limited lifetime warranty with a company before and I'm happy to see the people there are willing to show up even after sales have been made.
I've waited a while to do this, because I wanted to see if the inserts actually worked. It's been over a couple months now since I've been using the inserts and these things have literally changed my life. I've tried all kinds of inserts over the years and I always had foot pain, especially at work. I no longer have the pain that would be so bad I could not focus on my job.
