The store experience was good…but they should tell people the amount of the supports and everything else before they do. Talk about shock. Need other associate in store because at one time he was dealing with 3 of us.

I was not given any information At the beginning of how much Anything cost (shoes, that there Was 3 different inner soles). It was almost the end of his Presentation that he mentioned $1700.00 and that was without Tax. I was very unhappy with this. Sometimes my shoes are Uncomfortable. No most of the Time. I paid $1300.00 that day and Did not afford this.

Chris was amazing ... he was very patient & kind with my sweet 80 y/o, post stroke, Mom! Unfortunately we were not able to afford the full package, but went with another option for now, thanks to Chris, in hopes of saving up for the rest of the arch supports in the future! We recommend Chris to ANYONE who goes there!
I wallked into the Brooks store and a foot print was done for me. I tried the shoes and I was sold. I have one foot a 1/2 size bigger than the other. It's hard to find shoes that offer me the support I need.
My feet, back and hips feel so much better!
