Business response:
We're happy he could help, Linda! Thanks for sharing.
Just purchased inserts for my husband and myself. Our sales person TJ really knew his product. He did a great job fitting us with our new inserts. It was a pleasure working with him. This is something we have needed and long over due for both of us. We look forward to working with him in the future.
I just had the best experience at this store picking up a pair of shoes to help kick start my fitness journey. As a mom I'm always looking for awesome deals. they offered and additional 40%off the sale price for being a healthcare worker. thank you TJ for making this such an incredible experience!!!
They were very informed about their products and how they helped you with your feet, balance and well being. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Go to them when your feet and back are hurting and the can help ease the pain. Dillon is an exceptional salesman that knows what to recommend to help you get your feet back where they should be.
Excellent service! Listened to my husbands complaints with chronic foot pain. Walked out of store with no pain! Highly recommended this store and the assistant manager TJ Bible!!
Your insoles seemed to help my feet, at least in the short term. My point of contention was the price, I’m retired, a cancer survivor, on a fixed income. There’s no way and no time I would have an extra $1,300.00 for insoles, I expected to have to pay $300-$400, not over $1,300.
Service was fantastic. TJ was patient, knowledgeable, engaging, and honest. The price was shocking, but has a lifetime guarantee and if it does all it claims will easily be outweighed against doctor and Chiropractor visits, and high end shoes. Going to wait to review the product itself as it going to take time to adjust and for things to improve, but I am optimistic.
The Good Feet Store has a 4.4 star rating with 844 reviews.
