I went in with no appointment, I explained that I was in a hurry. The salesman was quick, thorough, explained every step. I never felt rushed or pressured. I expected it to be expensive and it is but any custom orthotic is. I had suffered in pain for years, barely able to walk and now after 24hrs I am already seeing a huge change, I have NO pain when wearing my new inserts.
