Made us feel like we had to buy their several thousand dollar pre-made insoles. Made us very uncomfortable and was very high pressure. Got insoles that work well for 50 dollars at run hub in eugene whi has a 3d scan of your feet and not just an ink pad that actually hurts your feet to walk on.

The wait for a sales associate was longer than expected, but service after that was above and beyond. Cost was more than expected also but I was able to use my fsa card.
