I was given false info about the ability to trade products (for a small fee each time). I am having pain now and was only allowed to exchange to a newer insert but of the same exact insert as before.

Like a lot of folks, I waited way too long for the relief that I now enjoy with the orthotic system from The Good Feet store. I’ve had reconstructive surgery on my left ankle, total knee replacement on my right leg, half a dozen or more injections for chronic back pain and I can’t say all the pain is gone but it certainly doesn’t occupy my mind constantly. I feel comfortable and confident & stable enough to start walking and exercising again! Praise God for The Good Feet folks!

The arch supports seem to be working. But was extremely unhappy with the dishonesty regarding cost. When I walked in I was told the arch support "system" is $399 - shocker already! Then as we went along in the process and Becky said these 3 arch supports are your system; then she kept adding extra foot pads, etc. not once mentioning the incremental increases in price. By the time my charges were rung up it was over $1100 DOLLARS! That was extremely deceitful on the part of the store, the employee and The Good Feet Company
Two years ago when I first went to the good feet store I had to consider every step I took because of the pain. The Good Feet Store completely changed that part of my life. I can walk 10,000 steps a day with a smile on my face! I’m pretty hard on my feet and I need to come back every three or four months and replace my inserts, I couldn’t be happier!
$1000 being the only option up front to get only the word of an arrogant sales person of relief from foot pain is wrong. the sales person didn't even look at my wife foot, no exam was offered no other option than hand this guy $1000 and take home three pairs of insoles that might work. no way get real
