John at the Mt. Juliet location fitted me today in their 3 step system. He was professional, polite and well trained. I have an issue in one foot and knee pain. He listened to my concerns and feedback as I tried three different options. I wasn't rushed while trying or fitting the inserts and sock liners into my existing boots. He clearly and fully explained the process, provided a schedule and was transparent about their business model. I look forward to seeing how they perform.
do not waste your money there. i was sold inserts with additions for toes and heel and a cover for the hard arches. My right foot was rubbed raw after 2 wearings. went back to store and was told to let heal for 10 days and return. i inquired about exchanging the hard insert that had been covered the 2 times i wore before experiencing the raw blisters. was told they are personal property and would ask owners, who are business people--which told me they are only concerned about bottom line--not customer satisfaction. i am out ... read more

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Chanelle did my fitting and explained everything to me. I've had my inserts now for 3 days and my feet already feel better.
