I didn't but any arch supports- the place is a rip off- you make a big sale pitch to buy and use all 3 supports and when I said no- you said just buy one to make a sale after stressing the fact that you need all 3- just looking to make money

Kristin took great care of us, replacing an existing insole for one better for his arch as it is today. She also showed us something better to use for hiking which we purchased. Overall very knowledgeable making it a great experience...thanks Kristin😊

Just started wearing the arch supports today. I'm feeling very hopeful that the pain will go away. I already feel a difference. Being a nurse that's on her feet for 13 plus hours a day I would come home and cry every night because my feet hurt so bad. Everyone at the store was very helpful and showed compassion and worked with me and will follow up for the lifetime of wearing the arch supports.
They take a little getting used to, but they absolutely work.
Arch supports caused pain. Too severe arch, put back in box and under bed. $1000.00 wasted.
