RecommendedLucio was an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. My feet hurt so bad that I could barely walk and it was affecting my hips and my knees. I have tried everything without actually getting orthotics and nothing has worked. I went into the store and Lucio was able to tell me exactly what was happening and how to fix it. he fitted me for arch supports and although I'm only about a week in, it has been making a difference. he has also been available to answer any questions and I've had afterwards. A great store.
I had knee pain continually and nothing worked to relieve it until I went to the Good Feet store.
They have good customer services and the inserts fit well.
I should have asked about the price first before I bought them. I'm sorry I paid $350.00 for a non-refundable product.
A world of difference love the inserts just a little bit too pricey
have some kind of guarantee policy if the product doesn't work ....no returns, a lot of money to spend for a shot in the dark!
My salesperson was very nice, also informative. There really were no options available to lower the cost. I got all three insert options plus shoes and foam cushions for other shoes. My parents flipped when I told them the cost, but I’m assuming it was all necessary. Had diabetic feet for 32 years before transplant. Walking comfortably is a huge priority. I’m off to a great start with Good Feet shoes and inserts! Thank you.
You could be Honest and not just have fast talking sales people tricking you---We went to the store looking for pain relief for Plantar Fasciitis and the process was so fast that you really do not have time to process what is going on. They have you walk to the door and back as if that really shows that quick this is working. When they lady was talking so fast you do not know what to think. I went into the store thinking that per their radio ad I could get something to relieve my heel pain for around $60.00. What a joke. $900 dollars later I am kicking myself for the stupid decision I made because I was in pain. They are good, really good at the sales pitch. Felt rushed and like the sales person needed to get me out of the store quickly. I should have read reviews before I walked into the store. I never would have if I had know the true cost of the product. Buyer Beware. Do your research.
