I purchased a pair of insoles that did not fit as my first pair Jeff told me too cut them so they can fit so I went home and compared them with my other insoles I was not happy so I went back to the store to get my money back he told me he can not give me my money back if the guarantee there product I should of got refund!

If anyone is having problems with there feet, ankles,knees, hips or back you should give this a try. I have been in pain pain for several years and the past year has been intense pain. I have had steroid shots in my knees,ibuprofen for inflammation, and physical therapy for help. Not much success. I decided to try The Good Feet Store. I couldn’t believe the improvement as soon as I tried the supports in my shoes. 3 Days and I like a new person. Life is so much better. Thank Good Feet !!!
I had a terrible experience!! I was pressured to just drop $1,000 after a 15 minute talk. I told Akiva I wanted to talk to my doctor at my appointment the next day before I made any decisions. He said what is there to think about? I told him a lot! I felt bullied! I ended up buying HUG W 456 and regretted it that afternoon. It made my foot worse! No return policy is crazy even if they don’t help. I will not recommend The Good Feet store. I am so mad and very disappointed!!!

Very informative. I had been told a few times by family that I did not walk correctly. I shrugged their concerns off, not worrying about it, thinking that they would go away. The Good Feet Store brought their concerns to light and it was even worse than I could imagine. I was not in pain, but I did not walk correctly and if I continued to walk the way I did, serious harm would come to me later. Thank you for what you did.
