The price was higher than I expected for the inserts and I have seen little to no reduction in pain in my heel. I was told I would get a call within a couple if days upon leaving the store and I never received that. I don't enjoy leaving poor reviews, but as a business owner myself, I feel obligated to leave an honest review. The employees were nice, but the product is just not doing the job. I wish it was because being on my feet all day is making this a constant problem.

the pain I had with my high arch step was a ten when I walked in. The pain went away in my neck after an hour with just doing the different steps. I had a few other problems related with my pain but the new inserts on my left for helped immediately. next step is too fix my other problems plus more walking too break the inserts in.

Buyer beware is right! They go through the big speech and they are very expensive. I’ve tried them for two months and feel no different. I am now out over $900 and still have the pain. The inserts from Walmart feel better. Do yourself a favor and see a podiatrist, it’ll be cheaper in the long run and no hassles.

Initially we were very pleased, assisted with fittings over time - just returned from a trip where my husband lost an insert while positioned in his sandals with the adhesives provided - store refused to replace unless we purchased another - disappointing, the initial investment was very expensive! Buyer beware.
