My right foot was really bad, planters fasciitis and in trying to heal it, my knee started swelling. Someone I talked to told me what to do. Bridge accident made coming north really difficult and so I worked with the foot. It is getting better but slowly. Thanks for asking!
Good concept . I am still in my 90 day trial period and I am still feeling like some days they are not as comfortable as they should be by now. Not giving up.

I’ve had my supports for about two weeks. I’m wearing them as recommended to make gradual improvements. Within a few days I notice I step with less of a roll in my foot. My back and hip pain is less.
