Ashley did a wonderful job explaining what i needed to help me in into the correct arch supports. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Initially when i got my inserts, I was only able to walk 1 mile before I started experiencing pain ( since I have flat feet). Once I was fitted, I was immediately able to walk 6 miles. These have been a life saver!

Very helpful and knowledgeable; got new orthotics with minimal fuss and lesson on how to tell when mine needed to be replaced. Store was busy but staff moved among customers well and attended to everyone's needs in a timely fashion.
Came in for may annual checkup today. Brian took care of me today. All is well. Bought another package of cushions and a pair of Merrill’s hiking shoes so I am ready for spring and summer. Thanks for your help today Brian. I have been coming here for about 15 years and whenever I get any systems I am aware to think of my feet as the starting place. Thank you Good Feet.
