Had a high quality Italian solid gold 18k bracelet that needed a new clasp. They replaced it with a snap clasp, it fell off 4 times, I brought it back and explained it is not good - they gave me some excuse that you cannot use it all the time… it is meant to be used all the time. They said it was secure, again it has fallen off - terrible. Paid over 900.00 for something that never worked. Very dissatisfied. Will never bring anything to them again.

I went there for help with a tangled necklace. I know they would not make a lot of money of it but they took the job anyway. They have been super helpful while other jewelers in the city would brush it off. They also fixed a tennis necklace for me while others would not do it. These people really care about their customers and their level of expertise is excellent not to mention the custom design pieces that they create in the house. They know exactly what they are doing! Highly recommend them!
