At first our experience was great. The gal who did the intake was super sweet and was very knowledgeable- this seemed like it was the best place to take my grandfathers ring. We need to get the ring resized and add more sterling silver as the band had been worn. The large turquoise stone was cracked when we took it in but they assured us they would secure the pieces when they put it back in after the resizing. I had bought my husband's wedding ring from a custom ring maker in Montana on Etsy. It's made of teak and meteorite. Over the years the finish on the wood was degrading. I called and visited dozens of jewelers all over Idaho and no one could/would repair the wood finish. Until we found The Goldsmith. He was so kind and did an amazing job and saved this one of a kind ring. I can't thank him enough and will never go anywhere else.
