I recently had a ring resized and cleaned at The Goldsmith, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! At first our experience was great. The gal who did the intake was super sweet and was very knowledgeable- this seemed like it was the best place to take my grandfathers ring. We need to get the ring resized and add more sterling silver as the band had been worn. The large turquoise stone was cracked when we took it in but they assured us they would secure the pieces when they put it back in after the resizing.
