Absolutely the worst experience selling my gold and silver. They tried to low ball me, claiming their costs. Then they weighed my jewelry almost 5oz, they were going to give me $68.00. I was speechless! Next day, went Dickers in Jackson. Found out the girl did not know how to test precious metals correctly. I had a total of 7.6oz. Let's just say I was very grateful I walked out of The Gold Shop, I will never use them.
