Dishonest business practices. I sought a quote for a lab diamond setting I’d source, but was deceived and told it was impossible. After quoting their website, they backtracked and provided a quote. I won’t do business with someone who attempted to exploit me from the outset. Edited to add the email where they clearly say they are unwilling to do it. I then quoted their website and they changed their tone.
This place took advantage of my mom who doesn’t know much about jewelry. They sold her a gold plated stainless steel necklace for over $300!! They purposely sold her a worthless steel necklace at the price of a real silver necklace. Disgusting scammers, go to a real jeweller who won’t sell you worthless items.
It was sad to have to retire some of my beloved bracelets but Shar was compassionate and helpful in coming up with solution to upgrade to new one . Also quick to repair family heirloom pendant. Great experience that has kept me being a 30 year customer
Wonderful jewelers highly recommended nice staff and good selections.. also they do repair to jewelry.
