It was sad to have to retire some of my beloved bracelets but Shar was compassionate and helpful in coming up with solution to upgrade to new one . Also quick to repair family heirloom pendant. Great experience that has kept me being a 30 year customer

Waste of time went to get my watch resized. Lady at the front was rude and not welcoming. I called prior asking if they re-size watches. I was told that I would have to come in fair enough, so I made the trip. Lady spent 20 mins trying to re-size and still didn’t get it tight enough. Just wasted my time and still charged me. If you want to get your watch sized go somewhere else.
Was looking at a new ring a few months ago and finally decided to go for it. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Will go back again.
