It was my first time visiting this store. Super happy and satisfied with their service.
My very tired 45 year old engagement ring + wedding ring needed refreshing. Was never happy with the etchings on the wedding ring as it was poorly hand done compared to the machine etched engagement ring. The white gold rings were going in for a rhodium plated dip, when I enquired about remaking the bands without the etchings. The price was reasonable so I went for it. Dishonest business practices. I sought a quote for a lab diamond setting I’d source, but was deceived and told it was impossible. After quoting their website, they backtracked and provided a quote. I won’t do business with someone who attempted to exploit me from the outset. Edited to add the email where they clearly say they are unwilling to do it. I then quoted their website and they changed their tone.
