Loved my experience here. I was a first time client and was tired of searching for a solid stylist. Erika did an amazing job. I was overdue for a haircut so I wanted a refresh and The Gold Room delivered. Erika gave a detailed explanation of what she was envisioning and her styling at the end made the new cut even better. I'll definitely be back.
I called at 3 PM on a Thursday, desperate for a same day "emergency" cut and color as I had been cancelled on twice in one week with half hours notice by another salon! Bri got me in last minute with great kindness, offered amazing feedback and showed technical knowledge of vivd color dye and it was just genuinely a relief to be worked on by her. A very genuine salon, and amazing results for a last minute fix with no heads up. Very excited for future cuts & color with this salon <3
Erika did a wonderful job on my hair and she was very sweet. The salon is great and the parking is stellar, despite being in Royal oak! Definitely will be back. 🙂
