when my watch needed batteries and an adjustment, naturally, I first called The Gold Concept and got the quote that I was expecting, then for comparison I called the "Fine Jeweler" across the street at Garden and Higuera. The woman gave me a quote that was double TGC&D'S and she added "we are the ONLY watch store in town".
