Absolute amazing location! You really can’t beat the closeness to the river and downtown. Before signing I would definitely think about if location is worth compromising on noise, parking and laundry. It is extremely loud. You hear everything. Conversations in the units around you, any conversation (or screaming kids) in the center court yard, live music/crowds at the Golden Mill on the east side of the building and monthly festivals/concerts in the park on the west side of the building. I was a tenant at The Gold Apartments for a couple of years, and from the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design, welcoming community, and thoughtful amenities that truly made it feel like home. I loved living here and honestly it was so hard to say goodbye. The community here felt like family, Waylon is a thoughtful and kind landlord who is always striving to improve the community, and the location is unbeatable. Golden is a great place to live and you can’t go wrong living next to the river and right in downtown! I lived here for almost 3 years and it was an incredible experience.
