He has even been so kind as to check in after move in to make sure all is good and settle any issues I might have had. I highly recommend him and will definitely reach out to him and the team for all my real estate needs.
DO NOT BUY from this team. They sold me a home with illegally hooked up gas and left my family with no heat or hot water for almost 6 months in a “renovated” brownstone. Adam Sadel looked me in the eye and shook my hand and told me he and the seller would be there for us if any problems came up, but it was a flat out lie. When it came to light that the gas had been illegally and fraudulently hooked up by the seller, they told us sorry but it was our problem and should have come up in the inspection.
