We also appreciate the photos and detailed write-ups about what happened so we can talk about it with our child after school. We've had two kiddos go to this Goddard and we're going to miss coming here every day once our youngest goes to Kindergarten.

The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. RecommendedDaycare selection is always a difficult process; sending your child to daycare for the first time during a public health crisis is especially fraught. We could not be happier with our experience at Goddard. Everyone - from the owners, administrative staff, and teachers - somehow makes us feel like family, even if safety protocols mean we can’t interact and build relationships like normal. RecommendedThis school for me been our life. Line as an essential employee in health care. I noticed some of the negative reviews and I would disagree as they are a business and need to sustain their costs. I’m sending two kids of age 5 and 2 years old, respectively and never had issues.

On March 2020 we did pay for full tuition. My son stayed home started from March 16 because of COVID-19. They refused the refund us the rest of the month which is 14 days. They also refused to refund us the security deposit. They said that my son did use it for the summer camp last year which is not true.

Ms. Sara - we are sorry that you did not receive your refund in March as we remained open the entire month of March. The refund was not refused as you stated however it was your choice not to continue to come in for care. We even provided the option to use the funds as credit however you never responded to our request. Per your deposit, we already have provided a full explanation as to how your deposit was used.
