I called to inquire about services and was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. Based on that interaction alone, they won’t be getting my business. Disappointing how some barbers today forget basic customer service.
After reading reviews and hearing references from others that have posted on social media. I decided to try this barbershop for a new style. My barber I chose was Frankie. I have to say that I will be back. You probably can't go wrong with anyone you choose here. I just went off reviews & references.
Frankie is the only barber in ATX that I trust, been going to him for years now and always gives the cleanest cuts. Bro is the GOAT and is very cool to talk to.
My stylist for years has been Melinda and I like this salon. Could use more parking as it's in a convenience store strip center. The place is a barber shop, so it works for me. Always clean and they will even change the music if they agree with your suggestion. They have done some rearranging and is even better.
