After going to this brow studio for a year and having consistently flawless experiences, I’m extremely disappointed by my most recent visit. My usual esthetician had left, and I was assigned to someone new. I clearly asked for only a small amount of hair to be removed and for my brows to remain subtle. I’ve been going to Lydia for about 3 years now for my Brazilian and upper lip wax and it has been nothing but AMAZING! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. In such a vulnerable appointment, she truly respects her clients. I cannot recommend her more!!
Jasmine was amazing. She introduced me to the vagacial mask since I heard about it but wasn’t familiar. Great service and perfect for both residents and visitors.
This place is truly top-notch! Jazmin is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knows her job inside and out. She made me feel comfortable the entire time by explaining each step as she went, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and positive! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! Parking is on the entry level and is free for 2 hours. The clinic is on the 3rd floor.
Beautiful space and amazing service. Lydia is great for waxes and massages, and Emily does a really good lash lift. This is the place for all my beauty needs!
