I’m very understanding about recommendations BUT if I say that I want AWAKE lipo, why try to convince me otherwise. For more money? If I say I want LIPOSUCTION, why TRY to convince me to get a TUMMY tuck? Speaking to Teresa made me go with a different establishment because everything she said sounded like a money grab and it was very distasteful.
What an amazing experience this was! I have had previous experiences at another plastic surgery facility and had other consultations and they were no where near this professional. This was my very first time doing any type of cosmetic surgery, so I had loads of questions. Teresa and the team at glow were amazing and answered everything I could think of asking… which was a lot. Getting there the day of surgery everyone was so sweet and helped me feel super comfortable. This experience was the most amazing thing I’ve gone through when it comes to any doctors. Dr. Santiago and his staff are top tier. Dr. Santiago did not mind answering all of my 50 questions. He made me feel comfortable and the staff genuinely care even down to the massage therapist.
The process was good from the beginning and when I arrived the day of the procedure the waiting area was amazing and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The only issue was I had a late appointment 3:30pm and the wait time to get the surgery started was delayed because the previous surgery ran over. But overall everything has been great so far!
