I have not seen these newly refurbished apartments and, probably never will or want to. I placed an application there Monday, March 24th. On Friday, March 28th; I was sent a letter saying that, I had failed the background check. The letter stated that I had a criminal history . I have no criminal record at all. This level of discrimination/incompetence is very disturbing, to say the least. I can turn this matter over to my attorney. I wouldn t give this establishment any credible rating at all. This place is a rip off! Dont move in here because the management is horrible. We had many many problems with our place for only being 5 years old or so. They will tell you they are coming to fix something and then dont. Not worth the money. Have moved to a much better place and am so happy now,
