Emily responded very quickly to the original inquiry, which I found to be uncommon. She arranged a couple of viewings with my friend as I currently live elsewhere. She showed up on time and was pleasant and informative. I phoned her afterwards and she sent me pictures and videos of the apartments I was interested in. Her level of customer service was quite refreshing compared to all of the other rental agents I dealt with. I highly recommend working with her.
Amazing area and very good property. Beautiful curb appeal and extremely well kept and clean. Emily was 5 stars across the board to work with. Responsive, professional, and displayed integrity and empathy for the challenges around moving. Emily works with other properties as well. I recommend anyone looking for a rental that is a "home" contact Emily.
