Moving here was the best decision my partner and I made. Working on nearly two years here and it has been nothing but peaceful. Staff are extremely helpful, attentive, and responsive. Apartment is beautiful and spacious. The amenities offered are the best, compared to other complexes in the capital region. So glad we found The Glen!
It seems they’ve never dealt with international students. After talking to them and explaining that my parents are supporting me financially, they asked me for their income. I attached the file and they emailed me who is that person!?? 😂 I submitted my bank statement for the last 3 months and they saw withdrawals to my other account (under my name to my saving account) and they told me I have a withdrawal and no funds available to be considered as an income!! Well kept buildings and great view, good location (despite Hoosick street headaches). Staff was always friendly and understanding with questions and issues. Units are well kept, good layouts, spacious,and appliances are great. Also offer pet friendly buildings which was a bonus. A bit on the higher price side, but well worth it. Only downsides were roads and lots in winter can be a bit iffy.
