I have been here as a resident for 12 months. No matter where you come from its an adjustment that takes time. The staff does their best to make you as comfortable in all areas of food,maintence and activities It maynot be for everybody but you need to visit to say this is for me or not.
We had an excellent experience working with Seth Limon. He was very helpful trying to get the residence we were looking for.
I knew when I drove into the parking lot for my first tour I knew the Glen was outstanding from everything being spotless and the wonderful attitude of the security guard. And I was correct. In every aspect. I had a tour and a complimentary lunch with two residents. I have viewed several retirement facilities in San Diego and they all fall far short of The Glen. Initially, I had mainly dealt with Michelle in Marketing who is intelligent, caring, a great listener, and most of all, engaging. She helps perpetuate a family atmosphere. Living here for a year now, I've come to realize that almost everyone here is like Michelle - residents and staff alike. I know I made the right decision in moving here; its an exciting new chapter in my life! The Glen is definitely worth exploring. BarbAM
We moved here one month ago and have been impressed by the friendliness of the residents, and the beautiful surroundings. We eat lunch outside each day overlooking the waterfall. It is a joy to watch the hummingbirds select their favorite flower for a snack. Our marketing representative, Seth Limon, supported us through the acquisition process, and move-in. After one month, our unit feels like home, and we enjoy the freedom from sprinkler repairs and the like from our previous home.
