My family and I have lived here for many years, and I'll just say this... Don't listen to the negative reviews. We are conveniently located to a few major highways, we are in a location that is 45 minutes from PA, an hour from the city, 45 minutes from the beach, 1.5 hours from AC. The schools here are better than a lot of places, there is diversity, and the community itself has been good to us. The recycling is pathetic. They are lazy and inconsistent with pick ups and you only get 1 bin. If u have an extra bin or cardboard on the side they won’t take it. Our apartments looks like trash every 2 wks because they don’t do their jobs. Meanwhile other apartment complexes get recycling dumpsters.
I would like to suggest that maintenance staff should wear shoe covers when entering homes, especially where the entire floor is carpeted. It’s disappointing when they walk in with dirty shoes and leave marks on the carpet. Proper care and cleanliness should be part of their service when visiting residents’ homes.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I lived here for about two years, left the apartment in clean conditions considering we lived there over 2 yrs. Parking is a HEADACHE!!! The trash is limited! Make sure you don’t keep alot of trash because theres nowhere to leave it at, you only get a small cointainer. When I moved out THEY KEPT ALL of my security deposit CLAIMING THE CARPET NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WHEN I MADE SURE IT WAS CLEAN BEFORE I MOVED OUT. They’re a bunch of thieves. BE CAREFUL!! They’ll take your security money using any excuse!
