I like the area
Just moved here in July and I wouldn't recommend. I had high hopes of moving here and been watching for months for availability. The space is huge, but space isnt optimized in the master room. Master bath shower and tub could've been bigger. Within 3 months here are just some of the issues experienced: 1) Super long maintenance resolution time frames. DO NOT RENT HERE. Leasing agent is extremely rude. Terrible maintenance service, we found roaches, screws on the floor, broken vents, a broken screen door that won't lock, wet paint all over the floor, and a window that fell. This was a new apartment that "passed" inspection. The apartment is in disgusting condition, with dirty carpets, bleach smell, broken recycling bin and trash can, and complete disregard for our saftey.
