Felix Cruz! He came by my home I had a work order for over 7 problems in my home. They sent another guy who was going to work on 1 of the problems. Felix came over and fix all of the problems in 1 day. He was very professional and I appreciate his work, especially after having major surgery. Thank You Felix!🙏💪
I am a current tenant at Renaissance Terrace. They have gone above and beyond to resolve and issue that I had with my water. I strongly recommend their services. They are responsive and responsible and accountable for any issues prensented. Whether it be from the maintenance office to the maintenance people to the admin staff 100% satisfied

My family and I have lived here for many years, and I'll just say this... Don't listen to the negative reviews. We are conveniently located to a few major highways, we are in a location that is 45 minutes from PA, an hour from the city, 45 minutes from the beach, 1.5 hours from AC. The schools here are better than a lot of places, there is diversity, and the community itself has been good to us. The recycling is pathetic. They are lazy and inconsistent with pick ups and you only get 1 bin. If u have an extra bin or cardboard on the side they won’t take it. Our apartments looks like trash every 2 wks because they don’t do their jobs. Meanwhile other apartment complexes get recycling dumpsters.
