This apartment needs to be upgraded. They have so many pot holds in the area. They units have mold in the A/C vents. The only thing they tell you is to spray it down with bleach. I know someone who lived in a unit, and the tile was cracked under the carpet and was that way when they moved in, was told by previous management and new property owners and they all said don't worry about.
