Horrible place to live!! This place does NOTHING!! This place has mold problems, snake problems, and when you try to submit a maintenance request, they NEVER fix the problem!!! The staff constantly changing, no one is EVER in the office, and they NEVER answer the phone! My unit got messed up and I signed a lease for a new unit and never moved into it. When my unit was messed up I was out of my house for a while and maintenance left my home unlocked and my belongings were stolen , then when I moved out they charged me for eve... read more

NO AIR CONDITIONING. TRASH OUTSIDE JUST SITTING FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOW. NO MAINTENANCE. NO GROUNDSMEN. NO OFFICE STAFF. I BELIEVE THAT'S CALLED ABANDONED.
