I lived here for 3 years and if there is anyway you can avoid this place... AVOID IT. There are plenty of nicer places you can live in. Pros: - Maintenance staff is nice and neighbors are friendly - Nice location - Dog area is cute Cons: - You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing - Maintenance issues are not resolved and often are "fixed" but break again and thus there are ALWAYS issues. I lived here for almost 2 years had a nightmare of an experience. My shower water just stopped having hot water one day. I told Monica the manager and she told me it was fine. I had to go back and forth with her several times and basically beg to get maintenance to fix my shower.The same thing happened with the AC/ heater. Monica was very rude and unprofessional. If you want to live somewhere where management could care less and your maintenance issues take forever to fix this is your place. I have made several attempts to t... read more
