I have never felt so stressed trying to find a place to move. The main office has been extremely disorganized and difficult to communicate with. My self daughter and my husband have lived at the glen for almost 3 years now the property manager Monica is so nice she has helped us with anything we needed she always responds so quickly she really knows how to run the property and her employees. Martin the head of maintenance is so reliable and efficient really can fix anything. This is such a great place to live grounds are so well kept it is quite and people are very nice
The gate is a nightmare, visitors always struggle to find the apartment code, the management knows but they refuse to improve the gate system
I lived here for 3 years and if there is anyway you can avoid this place... AVOID IT. There are plenty of nicer places you can live in. Pros: - Maintenance staff is nice and neighbors are friendly - Nice location - Dog area is cute Cons: - You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing - Maintenance issues are not resolved and often are "fixed" but break again and thus there are ALWAYS issues.
