Whitney was great, she was prompt in reaching out via phone to get my preferences immediately, and despite some communication errors (tech related error), she made sure to reach out to me again to ensure she responded appropriately and got the proposal back out to us as well. We had such a great experience with Rachelle and the team at The Glass House that our company is already asking when the next event at the venue will be. We had about a month to plan our holiday event of 300+ and Rachelle helped us plan and meet our deadlines with vendors etc with a breeze. It has been about 3wks since our party and co-workers are still talking about it! We look forward to recreating a similar event for our next holiday party / team event at The Glass House!
