We own an office building in the Wynwood area that is a constant target of graffiti. These "artists" love to target our beautiful glass windows. We tried everything to remove the graffiti but it turns out these "artists" use what's called an "etch" additive to make sure the design is permanently set into the windows. Enter Vivid Clear Glass! They came by and within 4 hours had completely transformed our windows and had them looking brand new. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We were so happy with the services provided today as the scratches on our newly installed impact glass or successfully removed. The windows look great in the team was professional and polite.

I found Pedro with Vivid Clear Glass online after reading all the great reviews. My sliding glass door and window had several scratches, and I honestly didn't think they could be fixed and I would have to replace the Glass. Within a few hours of calling, Pedro stopped by to take a look, gave me an estimate, and a few days later, someone from his team returned and made the scratches disappear. I am beyond Thrilled, my glass looks Brand New. They were super professional, reliable, and fast. I'm really impressed with their work... read more

If you’re in South Florida and your windows have hard water stains or glass etching from sprinkler systems, I highly recommend Vivid Clear team. They spent six hours restoring my front windows, and the results exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, communicated well throughout the process, and never rushed the job. It’s refreshing to find a company that takes pride in its workmanship and stands behind the quality of its service. I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This service turned out to be far more expensive than initially quoted. I was given a rough estimate over the phone, but once the job was completed, the final bill included several unexplained charges. There was no transparency in pricing, and when I questioned it, the explanations were vague and unconvincing. It felt like they intentionally kept the initial quote low just to secure the job and then inflated the costs later. For a service that didn’t even meet expectations, the high price was even more frustrating. I would s... read more
