Scheduled an appointment... no one showed up! Not a good first impression.
I had to have a window replaced that the seals went bad in. First, I thought is was a bit hard to find a residential glass replacement place in the area. I called a couple of places and finally my contractor and he recommended The Glass People. I got an estimate over the phone and had them come out and get the exact measurements. Didn't have to be home for that. Took about a week to get the glass and they called back to schedule the install.
