I saw the pictures on Facebook about your company. We are I. The process of redoing our shower. I called twice. Left a message, called back. Finally was able to speak to someone, who said she would get back to me about setting up an appointment. I sent pictures. She never did call me back. This was in December. Not good customer service in my opinion. Since then I have had two quotes from other companies.
Definitely recommend them, they are prompt, reliable and professional, excellent customer service
