I had an issue with a window not sliding properly and condensation build-up on a few other windows. Patrick came by and took his time in fixing the rollers and lubricating the window. As for the condensation build-up, he discovered, unbeknownst to me, that there was a thin tinted film that had been placed by the previous owner on top of several windows that held condensation underneath.
