My husband called other companies and they all said no less than seven days. We called the guys from Glass Guru and within a few hours the onsite estimate was complete and the window was ordered. They called the vendor to place a rush on it and it was in and install the next day. Hiring these guys is well worth it!
I had a great experience with Glass Guru in Rockwall. Their prices are great. I've used them three different times and was happy each time. Bought a large bathroom mirror, kitchen window, 3 large arch windows and an additional bedroom window. Will use them again.
Horrible communication by the owner of this company. He replaced some of my windows and from the first day when he said they were done there was problems. Trash left all over my yard, windows were not installed propperly, forgot half of my new window screens and the new trim was left hanging off my windows. He said sorry and he would come out and fix everything. Still was done half assed and I told him this was still unacceptable. I was then told that he can't fix my windows it is what it is, that I just had to deal with it.... read more
I took a risk hiring these people because I read all of the reviews prior to using them. Nothing I read about them was good. However, my experience was quite the contrary. They not only did an excellent job, but they were punctual and showed up on the days they said they would. I am highly satisfied and I would hire them again. Noah is the person I worked with and pleased to say that you will be happy too.
this place was great!!! never had one problem. they are fast turn around.
