I ordered a fairly large mirror (82" wide x 38" tall) for my bathroom. Randy gave me an estimate over the phone for mirror only. After I thought about it, I called him back and told him I needed an estimate to include installation. Pricing was fair. A couple of days later his guy came out to measure. It was a tricky measure because the adjacent wall was not exactly plumb.
