I went with my friend while she was having her permanent lip and eyebrow work done. I originally thought I might consider letting Pamela do my touch up on my own permanent makeup. I am a local salon owner and aware of state board rules and regulations. The first thing I witnessed was 2 young men coming in for a piercing. They were handed a box of jewelry and allowed to dig through it. That whole box should be sterilized, after that. And I'd guarantee it wasn't.
