Extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I booked my appointment on April 20 specifically to secure a date and time that worked with my schedule, only to have it canceled later without any real effort to offer a workable alternative. Jessica later texted me saying she could not take me on the date I booked, even though the appointment was originally accepted. Love the salon! Had my hair done by Silvia. Her salon is very pretty and nice.
