We had a great stay at The Gladstone. It was clean, modern and the service was good. Perfect for our family of four staying overnight on either side of a trip to Heron..

The check-in at this hotel only operates until 8 pm, which we were aware of. However, during our self-driving trip we encountered heavy traffic on the Brisbane highway and realised we might not arrive before the cut-off time. We immediately phoned the hotel to ask about the after-hours process. Unfortunately, the mobile signal on the highway was unstable, and we couldn’t clearly hear the instructions.
