As other 1 star reviews had to cancel as my father was admitted to hospital ICU - was 4 hours out of cancellation time. No empathy getting charged full price, I understand they run a business but will be saving on cleaning - even an offer of half price would be have been good. Leason Learned, won't be staying here when I reschedule my trip.
Great little place. Friendly staff, clean room and centrally located. Highly recommended
Great location, great amenities iron mini fridge TV study desk comfortable bed, lots of towels. My bed was made every day and cleanup Very happy with the service
The hotel itself is generally good an usually clean for what you pay for. They offer a room service but apparently dont keep it open for those staying in the room even though the restaurant is still open. The info is very misleading and they close the kitchen when the chef has had enough by the sounds of it. I'd recommend the Oaks fover this one 100%. Service was terrible. Great location if that's all you want.
