had a very disappointing experience with this company. We were prepared to purchase a home at the listed Zillow price, completed our pre-approval, and were fully ready to move forward. This review is way overdue, but better late than never. We purchased our home in The Glades at Cedar Hills closing in late August 2024. The process started in March 2024, closed basically 5 months later on what was a quick move in home but was still an empty lot when we signed the initial paperwork. Initially there was some turnover in the sales department, some bumps along the road as there are with any new home build, but the important point is that they built my family a very nice, well constructed home and any issues tha... read more
