had a very disappointing experience with this company. We were prepared to purchase a home at the listed Zillow price, completed our pre-approval, and were fully ready to move forward. However, the selling agent made the process extremely uncomfortable. In our experience, they discouraged us from using our own real estate agent because they were not willing to pay the buyer’s agent commission.
