I had a very disappointing experience with this home builder. From the start, communication was inconsistent and often unclear, which made the entire process stressful. Promises about timelines were not kept, and delays kept piling up without proper explanations or accountability

However, the selling agent made the process extremely uncomfortable. In our experience, they discouraged us from using our own real estate agent because they were not willing to pay the buyer’s agent commission.
