A few weeks ago, I had an opportunity to experience forest bathing with a Deaf Certified Forest & Nature Therapy Guide, Summa Crider, through The Giving Cypress for the first time. It was an amazing and mind-blowing experience! I've learned so much as I immersed myself in the sights and scents of the woodland environment. We ended our session with an inspiring and neat tea ceremony. I highly recommend checking it out as it is a simple yet powerful way to recharge your body, mind, and spirit!
