I placed an order of 2 nellystella dresses on May 27 that showed AVAILABLE on the website. Two weeks later the owner told me the dresses should be in any day and I should be receiving my order soon. On June 20 Cecilia emailed me that they were refunding my order. On June 22 I received an email from Paypal stating the the refund was declined by the company's bank due to insufficient funds. I do not recommend this business. I ordered a six month bubble recently. It took 3 weeks to ship and only after I sent two emails and left a voicemail. Then they sent me an 18 month outfit that’s not even close to what I ordered. When I emailed and asked for the correct item to be shipped along with a prepaid return label for the wrong one that just refunded my money. Didn’t offer to fix the problem or explain. Poor customer service.
Five months ago we ordered a Nellystella Love Mae Dress in Orchid Ice, size 6. The payment was charged and the sale confirmed but we STILL haven't received anything. We also wrote an e-mail one month ago and nobody answered. We find unacceptable this kind of behavior. We truly look forward to a fast solution or we will be forced to take legal action for what we find we find an abusive and illegal conduct of the company.
The owner at Los Altos takes care in pleasing her customers! The shop has lovely items and the customer service is great too. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect store with the most lovely brands which are represented by the most lovely lady!! I feel very lucky that I discovered it and that I am able to dress my girl like a chic princess!!
