The apartments are beautiful. But ya, it takes a solid week to get a maintenance request done. Stray cats near the office. Laundry room doesn't work
Don't move here. The property is always messy, like they don't even care. They give you a dog and pony show while selling it. There's a manure smell in the air 75% of the time. Feral cats everywhere.
I love The Giovanna!!!! I have lived here since 2002 & I have never had a problem. Maintenance is prompt & the amenities are AWESOME!!!!
Great apts!! Lived here for 9 months & the amenities are great and social functions are awesome. Only moved because my job took me elsewhere.
Worse place I have ever moved in to... The other comments sum it up pretty much..
agree wid all the comments below! they took a month to fix my microwave. They are not so keen in fixing things and not very friendly either!
I will be the boss here soon !!!!!!!
Don't move here. They have to be threatened to fix anything, are unreliable, don't even show up when the fire dept is called and above all are usually rude. Best advice, move elsewhere.
