Super rude and unprofessional
if i could give zero stars i would. honestly impressed by how unwelcoming the experience was. it takes real consistency for every interaction to feel like you’re inconveniencing someone
How did Laurie even get her job as HR and payroll truly. I contacted the B.O.B dozens of time left countless emails. Laurie was emailed twice and called dozens of times leaving her about 3 voice mails since February about a W-2 I still haven’t received. When finally being able to reach her giving her my information I quote “no need to be snarky with me” after telling her about the countless times I reached out. I wish I could say something positive about this place, but my experience was awful from start to finish. I was left waiting while people who arrived after me were seated first, and when I finally did get a table, I was greeted with rudeness and an attitude that made the whole situation even worse. The staff seemed completely uninterested in being respectful or welcoming. Save yourself the time and frustration — this place is not worth it. Truly a horrible experience.
Went to Blue Water (Gilmore Restaurants) with my family on 6-21-25. First of all, they sat us in a different area than what was reserved. Second, the service was extremely slow, took forever to get someone to take drink orders, then forever again with food orders. We were there 2 1/2 hours plus. Then on top of it all, Gilmore restaurants charge a recover tax (probably started during covid) of 3% claiming it supposed to keep prices down. Doubt if they gave their managers a raise.
