This woman is no Realitor. She refused to "Good Faith Bargen" with me as "Seller/Buyers agent in any type of Profesional manor due to her lack of knowledge about the property she represented. It was not my responsibility to clear 60' of overgrown easment. It was the user's who did not keep clear & maintain the sections they use. Nobody else needed the use that section but her cliant.
