I have had the misfortune of dealing with The Gillach Group on two separate transactions. The first incident happened years ago, when Mary's broker, Art Rawding, failed to reimburse me for the condominium questionnaire fee I incurred for their buyer. It was only after leaving a poor review that I was eventually reimbursed. Nevertheless, that pales in comparison to the most absurd encounter I had with The Gillach Group after I just purchased a condo from them for over $1,000,000. Mary and her crew are truly a special group who know what they're doing and who provide a very personal touch to the people they work with. I couldn't personally recommend any other real estate business in the Brookline, Newton, Weston MA area with a higher regard than the Gillach Group- a fantastic group who truly care about those they work with.
